Breakfast .

Assalamualaikum

Hai peeps !


Okay, entry kali ni nak cerita pasal breakfast. U'olss tahu kan breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why? Sebabnya bila korang nak start berkerja that day, mesti laa kena ada energy kan. Mana energy tuu datang, of course dari makanan. Korang bukan pokok nak buat makanan sendiri (Photosynthesis). Masa childhood dolu dolu, korang mesti pernah rasa kan mak suruh breakfast dulu sebelum pergi sekolah, then you akan cakap tak nak laa, tak sempat laa, sakit perut laa, and bla bla bla. I macam tuu laa dulu, buruk kan perangai, mak suruh breakfast je pun, bukan nya suruh berperang. Aduhaii. Now, baru I tahu how important breakfast is. Bila tak sempat breakfast tuu, rasa macam something missing in my life. Haa sampai macam tuu skali. Hee. Cikgu I pernah cakap breakfast ni salah satu cara petua awet muda. Sampai sekarang I ingat. Thanks cikgu for the tips !

2. As awet muda.
3. Give you energy.
4. Strengthen your power of memory.
5. Reduce the risk of disease.
6. Enhance your mood.
